Prana yoga is called the "breathing yoga". It is an approach to hatha yoga that employs the breath to achieve deep relaxation and a peaceful sense of well-being. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Louise Rossi can do this work on an individual or group basis to relieve stress and anxiety using yoga postures and breathing techniques.
